Dr. Powell, DC
Dr. Geoff Powell found his passion for chiropractic, health, and wellness long before he considered it as a profession. As a young man, he sustained a serious back injury while playing basketball and couldn’t walk or even use the bathroom without pain. The pain was excruciating, immobilizing, and constant, but the fear, stress, and depression would soon prove to be equally as debilitating. He and his family tried everything. They went the traditional route of treating all the individual symptoms, but nothing worked. It wasn’t until he saw a chiropractor that his life changed. Not only was he no longer in pain, but it was as if he was brought back to life. Geoff’s entire outlook suddenly changed. After so many hospital and clinic visits, prescriptions and misdiagnoses, he discovered how the body can heal from within through a very practical method of analysis and adjustment. It was unbelievable.
Today Dr.Powell has his degree in nutrition from the University of Florida, and Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Parker College of Chiropractic. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners with licenses in both Texas and Florida, and maintains active membership in the American Chiropractic Association, Mid-Florida Chiropractic Society and Florida Chiropractic Association, while consistently attending continuing education courses and researching the latest innovations throughout the health field.
With more than 15 years of practical experience, Dr. Powell’s mission is to inspire a health revolution by taking a “whole person approach” with his patients, listening to their needs, educating them on the Core Four, and helping them remove the interference from their body’s natural healing system.

Tara Hatcher-Manning , LMT
Born in Clearwater but raised here locally, Tara grew up in a blue collar family with a hard working dad and stay at home mom. After a many years in healthcare she decided that she wanted to do more for her patients. A friend she worked with at the time, who was a massage therapist, encouraged her to pursue massage therapy as an option. Tara obtained her LMT at the Florida School of Massage, in Gainesville, FL. She hasn’t looked back since. A year later she completed her degree in Diet, Nutrition, and Health Sciences from Ashworth College. She completed her Health Coaching Certification in 2018. She has completed additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Aromatherapy(Essential Oils), and Acupressure.
Tara’s own personal experience provided her with the drive to help others. At the beginning of her training, her health was deteriorating. In her early 30’s she was on almost 10 different medications, at an unhealthy weight, and constantly in pain as a result of several injuries and chronic health conditions. During her training, she adapted the whole person way of medicine, incorporating a change of diet, exercise, massage, chiropractic, and even acupuncture in an effort to better her own health. In doing so, she was able to come off the medications, reach a healthy weight, and has since been able to manage her pain better.
She strives to help people have a happier and healthier life, free of pain.
